Hey,

I (along with the help of other guru'ers) have been working on a GW website focussing on PvE, where guides (read: guides, not builds), articles and tournaments/contests will be hosted. Our main concern is to maintain a high standard in term of quality (aesthetic and actual text) for all our content.

And..... we're still looking for a name :-) Since I will be buying a domain name (.com or .net), our name must not be already taken. To check if a domain name is already taken, you can go to godaddy.com or any other registrar and test it.

Here's what I have thought of so far...

gwindex.net
TheMists.com
templeofages.com
theshiverpeaks.com

Of course, it is preferred that our name somehow reflects the site's content, but I'm open to suggestions!

It has to sound professional and like something you can tell your friends... like you can say "check guru" or "check gwguru", or "check gwiki", but "check gwinn" sounds a bit weird, not to mention "check gw-guides"

And no this site is not going to talk about Ursan, sorry to disappoint.

I'd use the name of a town already in GW too like Kamadan / shiverpeaks or any combination. Can use some names of villains in GW too. I'd stay away from GW + [ ] .com which is overrated.

www.the-mists.com is my favourite one. it sounds professional, "check the mists" et cetera. Its also short and catchy, relevant to all of the campaigns and it has a slight prestige to it, the mists are the sort of elite areas in the campaigns.

Also we kinda dropped GWIndex as it sounds like a general fansite, and our content is going to be very specific.

Hmmm, I'd probably go for www.themists.com without the -
It's an easier address to type, and people aren't really going to put the - in all the time if they are telling others about the site, I'd try and keep it as short and simple as possible, while still keeping it relevant.

Ward Of Insight is an okay name, but I don't think it would catch on very well.

Just my 2 cents.

You know, you could always let the admin know about the popups.
